1. Service

Eager Young Mind WITH NAZIA provides online academic tutoring and learning support. The exact subject, curriculum, lesson duration, frequency and fee are agreed before enrolment.

2. Enrolment and payment

Payment may be requested before a scheduled service where agreed. A confirmed booking is subject to the applicable fee and agreed class arrangement.

3. Student responsibility

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes, participate in learning activities and complete agreed practice where applicable.

4. Educational resources

Notes, worksheets, questions and other resources are provided for the enrolled student's educational use and should not be redistributed commercially without permission.

5. Results

Tutoring is intended to support learning and preparation. Specific academic results cannot be guaranteed because outcomes depend on multiple factors including attendance, practice and assessment conditions.

6. Changes

Service arrangements may be changed by mutual agreement. Cancellation and refund terms are described in the Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
